Easter event in our restaurant Sunday 21st April

This year for Easter , our restaurant is organising a special event. In the kitchen our chefs have designed a tasty menu; all homemade and using local produce. To entertain both children and adults, an Easter egg hunt will be organised just before lunch. Come and join us in the hunt!

Appetizer

  • Savoury goat’s cheese choux, smoked duck and saffron toast, tomato tapenade biscuit

Starters

  • Crispy snail parcel, medley of vegetables with ham
    or
  • Tartare of tuna, coriander, diced tomato and Grana Padano biscuit

Main Courses

  • Braised lamb shank with thyme and  Espelette pepper, sweet potato purée and potatoes « façon Anna »
    or
  • Home-made saffron salted cod, tomato and basil emulsion, small salad and beetroot chips

Dessert

  • Floating island with caramelised walnuts

Children’s menu : 9.50€

  • Home-made breaded chicken or fish of the day, served with vegetables or fries
  • Children’s dessert

Easter Egg hunt at 11 :00am

Our Golf Rabbits will be hiding chocolate eggs, try to find them! The treasure hunt will be organised just before the lunch. We are hoping to see you all at 11:00.
